Neff Campbell ReturnsOriginal Creator and Director

According to foreign media reports, Neff Campbell announced on March 28th, Beijing time, that she will be returning to star in the popular horror film series “Scream 7”. As a veteran, she previously declined roles in recent years due to not negotiating stipends with the film company.

The cancellation of Melissa Barrera, Jenna Ortega, and director Christopher Landon for the seventh installment was made, but the situation is not clear. Instead, it has been announced that series creator Kevin Williams will be assuming the role of director, with an unspecified date.

Last year in March, the film was released and earned $169 million worldwide. It recounts the story of four young men who overcame a brutal confrontation with the Ghost Faced Assassin to flee Woodsborough and embark on an adventure that will see them confront their adversary once more.

In the 4th installment, Demont Moroni stars alongside Jack Shopeen, Josh Segara, Henry Kozeni, Samara Vivin, and Tony Bennett in the lead role.

Two years ago, the movie was launched and has already earned $81 million in North America and over 140 million worldwide.

Wes Craven directed “Scream”, which was written by Kevin Williamson and released in 1996. It starred Neff Campbell, David Equette, Drew Barrymore, Courtney Cox, Livor Schr ö ber, and Linda Blair. The film successfully revived the genre in the 1990s, much like the 1978 film “Moonlight, Light Heart, And Panic”. It also uses actors’ dialogue to humorously criticize the gradual formalization of thriller and bloody films.

Williamson’s love for horror films, coupled with his inspiration from the Gainesville Ripper incident in August 1990, made “Scream” a significant player in the industry. It was also one of the highest-grossing films on the 1996 box office chart, and the entire series was égalementy grossed at the same time. This film has been widely praised by film critics, who have all commented on its technique.
